Using the key tool, open the SIM and Micro SD cards tray and remove it.

⚠️ Warning!

Do not push too hard this may cause damage.

Using a screwdriver (Star Shape 0.8mm Pentalobe), unscrew 2 bolts at the end of the phone.

Open the back cover and move it aside carefully.

Pry up the power/volume buttons cable connector located in the back cover and turn it over.

Pry up the fingerprint sensor connector and remove the cover.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts and remove the bracket holding the connectors.

Disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of Huawei P9 Plus is HB376883ECW.

⚠️ Warning!

We strongly recommend disconnecting the connector to avoid a possible short circuit during disassembly.

Disconnect connectors and remove the coaxial cable.

Remove the daughterboard, also known as sub-board.

Pry and remove the buzzer (loudspeaker) assembly.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 4 bolts and remove the brackets holding the connectors.

Disconnect connectors on PCB and remove the assembly of two rear cameras. Also, remove the front (selfie) camera.
