On my Asus Zenfone 5, otg is not working and my phone is not recognize...

On my Asus Zenfone 5, otg is not working and my phone is not recognized by computer. Is that the problem with the hardware or software. If it is the hardware problem how much did I need to pay to repair it . Thank you ( sorry for my bag English)

    Hello, We think the reason of fault - usb port is broken. You can replace the bottom board with it, it will be easy. However you can resolder usb port by a new one
