My keyone stuck at starting. Cant restart. I tried hard reset as well and also bootloader menu. But doesnt work. Last resort may be need change mother board. Do u have any suggestion or idea to help me out. Thank you

@VRM24.comthank you for your fast reply. i havent tried at my laptop. But i had bring the phone to service center. They unable to reset the phone using their laptop. They cant identify the real cause. They say the reset loading take too long and stop at 7 % and become unresponsive. But their final solution and advice to change motherboard. They say they will try to call me on wednesday if they have motherboard on stock. I will try at my laptop. Thank you for your advice and reply.
