thanks for the reply i just opened it up an water label is red so guess its water damage but did give it to a repair guy he told me that he changed the usb ports but the problem remained but i just saw now the red water label so i guess is just a new part i should get thanks again

Hello, most likely the problem is in the charging connector. Contacts for data transfer are not working. Try to clean the connector contacts or replace the charging port/connector whole.
