Hi. I submitted xa in service centre due to battey issue. After collecting the device, i found that the front camera sometimes shows error and sometimes it works, to which i thought to be a software issue. So within 2 months of repair, my phone went entirely dead, so after submitting in service centre again (in warranty), the service centre dissambled the device and found that the camera module connector was cut in one side and they refused to consider camera in warranty. The excuse they gave me was that, "why didn't i informed the service centre immediately about it." Can you suggest something or what should i do? What is the cost of the front camera module?

    If the problem with the camera only and your the warranty is over and the service refuses to help you. I don't know what to do. Buy camera & replace in another service or demand solution of this case in the first one.

      vremonte24.ru No there was not only camera problem. The device died within two months of repair. The device is in service centre under repair but they refused to fix the camera under warranty.
