Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 3.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 7 bolts in the frame of the phone.
Step 4.
Remove the frame
Pry and remove the middle frame and the volume and power buttons.
Step 5.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect the connector on PCB and remove the camera.
Step 6.
Remove the vibration motor
Pry and remove vibrator and FFC (flexible flat cable) of volume and power buttons.
Step 7.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect the connectors on the PCB.
Step 8.
Remove the motherboard
Overturn the main board, disconnect the coaxial cable and remove PCB.
Step 9.
In the display frame remained
Parts in the frame of the display module.
