Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 12 bolts in the frame of the phone.
Step 3.
Open the mid-frame
Pry and remove the middle frame.
Step 4.
Remove the loudspeaker
Inside the frame are located: speaker (buzzer), vibrator and FFC with laser auto-focus technology. Pry & remove these parts.
Step 5.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew the 6 bolts securing the back cover.
Step 6.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 7.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect connectors on the lower PCB.
Step 8.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the lower PCB.
Step 9.
Remove the sub-board
Remove the lower PCB.
Step 10.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the main camera.
Step 11.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the PCB.
Step 12.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect connectors on the PCB.
Step 13.
Remove the motherboard
Overturn the PCB, disconnect the connector from the inside and remove the board.
Step 14.
Remove the earpiece speaker
Remove the coaxial cable, the FFC (flexible flat cable) of the volume and power buttons and the ear speaker.
Step 15.
In the display frame remained
Parts in the frame of the display module.
