Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Remove the battery
Lift and remove the battery.
Step 3.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 13 bolts in the frame of the phone.
Step 4.
Open the mid-frame
Pry and remove the middle frame.
Step 5.
Remove the vibration motor
Pry and remove the vibromotor.
Step 6.
Remove the sub-board
Pry and remove the lower part.
Step 7.
Remove the cable
Disconnect & remove flexible flat cable with power button.
Step 8.
Remove the motherboard
Disconnect connectors on the PCB and remove it.
Step 9.
Remove the coaxial cable
On the main board, disconnect the coaxial cable connectors and remove it.
Step 10.
Unscrew one screw
Turn over the main board and using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew one bolt connecting it to the bottom board.
Step 11.
Remove the motherboard
Separate the boards.
Step 12.
Remove the cameras
On the main PCB, peel back the heat sink sheet and remove the main and front-facing cameras.
Step 13.
In the display frame remained
Parts in the frame of the display module.
