Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Remove the battery
Remove the battery. The battery model of HOMTOM HT3 is the same as the phone model.
Step 3.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 14 screws.
Step 4.
Open the mid-frame
Pry and remove the middle frame.
Step 5.
Open the cover
Pry the cover up and slide it aside.
âš Warning!
The loudspeaker is inside the cover is connected with a sub-board by wires.
Step 6.
Unscrew one screw
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 screw in the daughterboard.
Step 7.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect connectors on the daughterboard.
Step 8.
Remove the sub-board
Remove the daughterboard, also known as sub-board.
Step 9.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the main camera.
Step 10.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect connectors on the PCB.
Step 11.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 screws in the PCB.
Step 12.
Remove the motherboard
Remove the PCB.
Step 13.
In the display frame remained
Parts are in the frame of the display module.
