Remove the tray

Step 1.

Remove the tray

Open the SIM & MMC cards cover and using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000) unscrew 1 bolt and remove the SIM cards tray.

Open the back cover

Remove the bracket

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts and remove the bracket holds the connectors.

Remove the battery

Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the battery.

Remove the rear camera

Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the main camera.

Open the covers

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts and remove the covers.

Open the cover

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts and remove the cover.

Disconnect the connector

Disconnect the touchscreen connector.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 3 bolts in the PCB.

Unsolder the wires

Disconnect connectors, using a soldering iron unsolder the contacts of vibration motor, speaker (buzzer) and microphone.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 4 bolts in the lower part.

Remove the loudspeaker

Remove the loudspeaker

Disconnect the connector of the coaxial cable and remove the the buzzer (speaker), microphone, vibration motor assembly.

Remove the vibration motor

Pry & remove the vibration motor.

Remove the microphone

Pry & remove the microphone.

Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts securing the speaker assembly.

Remove the loudspeaker

Using a soldering iron unsolder speaker contacts and remove the speaker assembly.

Remove the front camera

Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the front (selfie) camera.

Remove the motherboard

Unsolder the wires

Using a soldering iron unsolder the power & volume buttons flex cable contacts.
