Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 8 bolts securing the battery.
Step 3.
Remove the battery
Disconnect the connector on PCB and remove the battery. The battery model of Lenovo Tab 4 10'' is L16D2P31.
Step 4.
Open the mid-frame
Pry and remove the middle frame.
Step 5.
Remove the headphone port
Peel back the protective layer and disconnect the headphone jack/socket connector.
Step 6.
Disconnect the connectors
Pry up the connectors.
Step 7.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 6 bolts.
Step 8.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts in the daughter board.
Step 9.
Remove the sub-board
Disconnect connectors on the daughterboard and remove it.
Step 10.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the main camera.
Step 11.
Remove the motherboard
Remove the PCB.
Step 12.
Remove the bracket
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 bolts and remove the bracket holding the headphone jack/socket.
Step 13.
Remove the headphone port
Remove the headphone jack/socket.
Step 14.
Remove the front camera
Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the front (selfie) camera.
Step 15.
In the display frame remained
Parts are in the frame of the display module.
