Open the mid-frame

Pry and remove the middle frame.

Unsolder the wires

Unsolder the touchscreen contacts.

Remove the frame

Remove the frame

Remove the front frame with a touchscreen

Turn over the PCB

Turn over the PCB

Turn over the display that soldered to the motherboard from the inside.
