Step 1.
Open the back cover
Open the back cover.
Step 2.
Unscrew the screws
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 11 bolts in the frame of the phone.
Step 3.
Open the mid-frame
Pry and remove the middle frame.
Step 4.
Remove the loudspeaker
Pry and remove the buzzer (speaker).
Step 5.
Remove the battery
Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the battery.
Step 6.
Remove the sub-board
Disconnect the inter-board connector on the main PCB and the coaxial cable connector on the lower board, and remove the lower board with an inter-board cable.
Step 7.
Remove the rear camera
Disconnect connector on the PCB and remove the main camera.
Step 8.
Disconnect the connectors
Disconnect connectors on the PCB.
Step 9.
Unscrew one screw
Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 1 bolt in the PCB.
Step 10.
Remove the motherboard
Remove the PCB.
Step 11.
Remove the buttons
Pry & remove the earpiece (speaker) & power & volume buttons flex cable.
Step 12.
In the display frame remained
Parts are in the frame of the display module.
