Using the key tool, open the Micro SD cards tray and remove it.

Peel back the protective layer and disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of Motorola Moto Z2 Play is HZ40.

Pry up the connectors and remove the display module.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 3 bolts.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 4 short bolts.

Pry and remove the middle frame with earpiece speaker.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 7 bolts.

Pry and remove the cover with a vibration motor.

Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the main camera.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 3 bolts.

Overturn the board, disconnect the connector from the inside and remove it.

Remove the Sim card holder.

Disconnect the connector on PCB, and remove the front (selfie) camera.
