Using a screwdriver (hex T5), unscrew 2 bolts on the sides of the phone. Remove the bottom cover and pull the battery out.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 1 bolt and remove the upper cover.

Using a screwdriver (hex T4), unscrew 4 bolts securing the display module.
