Disassembly/Repair of the mobile device Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom SM-C101 with each step description and the required set of tools.

⚠ Before disassembling, do not forget to turn your phone off.

Open the bottom hatch and remove the battery.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew/drive 2 screws out at the end of the phone.

Open the front cover.

Remove the cover with antennas.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 8 screws.

If the screws are different: ℹ️ Be sure to note the location of the screws before disassembling. When assembling the device, screwing the screw in the wrong place may damage the device or its part. To avoid damage, the removed screws and individual pieces (as gaskets or brackets) must be laid out in the appropriate order, or the screws and their holes in the phone must be marked with colored markers.

Pry up the connector and remove the circular flashlight.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew two screws.

Carefully remove the middle cover.

Pry up the connectors and remove the rear cameras.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew one screw.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew one screw securing the flashlight.

Pry up the connector and remove the flashlight mechanism.

Disconnect the coaxial cable connector, cable to the display, and sub-screen buttons cable.

⚠ Do not pull on the cable or pry it with a sharp tool, the connectors are pretty weak and break easily, or the cable falls out of the end (lug).

Turn the motherboard over.

Disconnect the connector of the cable leading to the upper board and remove the motherboard.

Using a screwdriver (Philips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew two screws.

Remove the loudspeaker assembly with antennas.

Disconnect the connectors of the coaxial cable and earpiece speaker.

Carefully remove the upper board.

Remove the cover with a vibration motor.
