Disassembly/Repair of the mobile device Tecno Spark Go 2024 with each step description and the required set of tools.

⚠️️ Before disassembling, do not forget to turn your phone off.

At the very beginning we need to remove the card tray.

For this we take a special tool, insert into a special hole and push out the combined tray for sim and memory cards.

After that we need to heat the surface of the back cover to a temperature of about 65-70° C or 160° F. For this we use a heating mat you can use a hair dryer.

And after 5 to 7 minutes we can move on to detaching the back cover.

To detach the back cover, we will use a plastic film, it ican be protective film from a new display or plastic film from a stationery store. We insert it into the hole between the middle cover and the back cover and run the film along the edge cutting off the adhesive layer.

⚠️️ Please note that the back cover is additionally glued in the area of the cameras.

⚠️️ And we always need to be careful in the area of the side buttons and fingerprint sensor, because in this area may be located cables and they can be damaged.

We move on to unscrewing the nine silver screws, we use a 1.5mm Phillips screwdriver or #000.

If the screws don't come out well, we can additionally use a magnetizer. If the screws get stuck we can use tweezers.

The screws are different in color and length, so we recommend you to take a picture of them first, and then place the screws on a special surface in an easy-to-remember order, so that you don't confuse anything when reassembling.

We use a 1.5mm Phillips screwdriver or #000 to unscrew one black screw.

Using a screwdriver Phillips 1.5 mm (PH #000), unscrew the eight black screws at the bottom.

And we move on to detaching the middle cover, we use a plastic film. We run the film into the gap near the card tray hole and carefully detach a few clips. After that, we can use a thicker tool.

⚠️️ We need, as always, to be careful in the area of the side buttons and fingerprint sensor because they are physically located there.

⚠️️ And of course, pay attention to the fact that the cover is held firmly on the corners.

And we carefully open the middle cover and turn it over so as not to damage the fingerprint sensor cable.

Then we disconnect the fingerprint sensor connector with a non-metal tool and remove the middle cover.

The cover has the contact pads for the antennas and the fingerprint sensor.

Disconnect the battery connector as soon as you can. Use a non-metallic or plastic tool to avoid any damage.

ℹ️️ The Tecno Spark Go 2024 model has a battery BL-49NT with a capacity of 5000 mAh (also known as a rechargeable battery).

We disconnect the inter-board cable connector on the sub-board.

We disconnect the connectors on the both boards and remove the coaxial cable.

Then we need to find the right place where we can hook to lift and detach the sub-board.

The sub-board is slightly recessed and, in addition, it is inserted into two screw protrusions.

On the sub-board are located - charging port, microphone, headset jack port and other elements on the inside.

We can also detach the small rear camera. We disconnect the connector and gently lift the camera by the base, on the cable side, to unstick it.

We disconnect the connector of the display cable on the motherboard.

First, we have to peel off the copper heat dissipating foil on the front camera.

And after that we move on to detaching the motherboard. Find the right place where we can hook and lift the motherboard. We don't need to force it, we just need to find the right spot.

⚠️️ Please note, the printed circuit board may be held in place by thermal paste.

And we take out the circuit board and turn it over.

We need to disconnect the connectors and remove the main and front cameras. You have to be really careful not to get thermal paste on the lenses.

ℹ️️ In the display frame remained: the earpiece speaker, loudspeaker, battery, and vibration motor.
