Step 1. Remove the tray

Use the ejection tool (aka Needle) or Paperclip. Push the tip all the way into the hole until the tray ejects, and then pull the tray of SIM and Memory card (Micro SD) out.

⚠ī¸ī¸ Pay attention! The tool must be inserted into a hole on the edge of the phone's housing. Do not press too hard. It may break the tray eject mechanism.

Step 2. Open the covers

Pry over the edges and remove the covers hiding the screws holding the back cover.

Step 3. Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH #000), unscrew the eight screws.

Step 4. Open the back cover

Pry over the edges. Move an opening tool along the edge detach the clips and remove the back cover with a loudspeaker and antenna pads and tracks.

Try to lift the cover by the edges and don't push anything too far inside, so as not to accidentally break or short-circuit anything on the circuit board.

Step 5. Disconnect the connector

Pry up the coaxial cable connector.

Step 6. Remove the bracket

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH #000), unscrew the two screws and remove the bracket holding the connectors.

Step 7. Remove the battery

Disconnect the battery connector as soon as possible. It is better to use a non-metal or plastic tool to avoid any damage.

ℹī¸ī¸ The ZTE Blade V6 model has a battery Li3622T43P3h786032 with 2200 mAh capacity (aka rechargeable battery).

⚠ī¸ī¸ It is highly recommended to disconnect the connector to avoid possible short circuits during disassembly.

Step 8. Remove the charging port

Disconnect the coaxial cable connector, cable to the mainboard.

⚠ī¸ī¸ Do not pull on the cable or pry it with a sharp tool, the connectors are pretty weak and break easily, or the cable falls out of the end (lug).

Carefully unstick the assembly of the charging port, vibration motor, microphone and antena contacts.

Step 9. Unscrew the screws

Using a screwdriver (Philips 1.5 mm PH #000), unscrew the three screws securing the motherboard.

Step 10. Remove the rear camera

Disconnect the connector on the motherboard, and remove the rear camera.

Step 11. Disconnect the connectors

Pry up the connectors of the display module cable, inter-board cable.

⚠ī¸ī¸ Be careful when removing the cables from the connectors, the cables are pretty thin, and it is easy enough to break them or damage the contact tracks inside.

Step 12. Remove the buttons

Unstick the side buttons flex cable.

Step 13. Remove the motherboard

Carefully remove the printed circuit board. There is no need to use a lever or try to reach the circuit board by force. Make sure that nothing is getting in the way or holding the circuit board.

The motherboard, also, may be attached with attachments like latches or hooks, be careful.

⚠ī¸ī¸ Do not bend the circuit board when removing it or push tools under it. Unbeknownst to yourself, you can damage components or cables from the inside.

Step 14. In the display frame remained
