Using the key tool, open the SIM card tray and remove it.

Using a screwdriver (Torx T4), unscrew 9 screws.

Using a screwdriver (Phillips 1.5 mm PH000), unscrew 2 screws securing the battery connector.

Disconnect the battery connector. The battery model of HTC U Ultra is B2PZF100.

Disconnect the connector and remove the buzzer (loudspeaker) assembly.

Remove the PCBs.

Pry up the connector and separate the PCBs.
