    Hello, at first you have to update firmware or use hard reset but in the both cases your data will be lost. But it doesn't guarantee success however it's have to first step of diagnosis of fault!

      Mine also does not boot anymore. i can enter a boot menu via pressing the home and vol. button but it doesnt boot ehter, but display seems to work. what can i do? i have lots of vacation pictures i want to save even more then the phone itself if necessary =( Hope u have some advice for me

        it did not fall or something, i just had problems with the battarie life going from 90% to 5% in like one hour sometimes but it stood at 5% for a long time then. i also tried to boot it while charged and also left it uncharged for 2 days now hoping it will go back on after staying off a while

            it magicaly went back on but i cant connect it to any pc or laptop to get my pictures. i send the most stuff via whatsapp to a friend but there is still so much left on the phone :-\ i searched online for the usb drivers but did not find any, if i connect the phone to a pc it shows up in the hardware manager as e380 i also tried to insert a sd card but it didnt work ether guesse i have to use dropbox or something~ would it be wise to still try to root the phone after i saved my data somehow ?
