      Thank you for such fast replay :) These are those golden circle points you can see on motherboard, on other tablets they are labeled, but on this tablet they aren't. GND is ground and COLO (KOLO, CKOLO) should be test point (if I'm not mistaken). My PC doesn't recognize my tablet when I connect it, so I need to connect these two points so that the tablet will get recognized, but since they aren't labeled there's a chance that I connect the wrong points and short something out. That's why I asked if you maybe know where those two points are?

        Ok, we know about this one. Unfortunately our main speciality isn't linked with firmware and etc. just a mechanical repair. Our a firmware consultant went on vacation and can't help. Maybe someone (on our channel) will behold this question and will help you.

        @Jose Alcivar Verifique la carga de la batería, conéctese a la PC (laptop), vea si está determinado. Luego intente actualizar el software o firmware.

    +Scopes Chillin ; I found an ALCATEL model: P310A one touch and took it apart to look for water damage and it has (4) four little magnets stuck in different places on the main board and on the side, they are pretty powerful little magnets about 1/2"L x 1/8" W. Have you found any information on them ? The tablet seems to function without them installed .

        Vremonte,Thank You for your reply. Yeah, I found out after calling a place here in the States called "UBreakiFix", and the guy said the magnets were used to hold the tablet to a smart pad or cover. Makes sense,lol !!!

wont power on. manually checking with digital meter shows 2.8v. now it...

wont power on. manually checking with digital meter shows 2.8v. now its 3.5v.. so i think its charging but not showing a light that it is. I will wait for at least 3.7 then try to turn on. might keep charging. whats max charge 4.2? USING REGULAR 5V CHARGER from computer. seems to be tricking. thanks for the vid. trying HARD not to have to solder a new charging port on the board. wish me luck

I know this is old,but I was wondering where you'd fix the inverted color problem with this. I have tried so many videos and such and nothings helped with the Alcatel tab. So please,PLEASE reply back and I'd be the happiest girl. :)

    Hello, it's just dexterity or an experience ) . The back cover is locked on the clips, the specialist on this video uses an opening tool to unbending them.
