    Hello, if you didn't do it before then the best if back cover will be opened specialist. In other case? You always can use a thin knife or the same things BUT it's very dangerous both of you!

    Hola, ¿qué le había pasado al teléfono antes? Quiero decir, se desmoronó, se hundió en el agua y así sucesivamente. en inglés, what had happened to the phone before? I mean, it fell apart, plunged in water and so on.

        Este es el orden que debe realizar al principio: conectar a la PC (es detectar o no) y cambiar una batería. Si esto no ayuda, vaya a un centro de servicio (los próximos pasos requerirán herramientas especiales). this's the order that you should perform at first: connect to PC (is detecting or not) and change a battery. If this doesn't help, go to a service center (the next steps will require special tools).

        +Andy Morley it should be but honestly I had so many problems with my power button and tap to wake that I gave up on mine and threw it lol. Thus cracked screen... I just want it fixed as a backup, I loved the phone while it worked right.

          @Tony W Yeah exactly. Great little phone just a bitch to repair haha. If you want a good back up though just buy a moto g on ebay. I got one for around £30, installed a custom rom on it and now it works great.

            +Andy Morley I had multiple roms on my Idol, it takes them pretty well. And ha, I bought a moto x pure edition when I cracked the Idol, I haven't regretted the choice once. If I don't get the Idol fixed I'll take your advice and look at the moto G, thanks

      +vremonte24.ru I tried to remove the screen but only the actual screen came off, nothing underneath no battery no modules. what did I do wrong? behind the screen there's silvery reflection mirror, and some wire tape attatched deeper into the phone. I pull and tug but the thing wont come out.
