Hello, it's possible but has two reasons for not do it. First, the separation\replacement is a hard process which required a lot of time and patience. Second, it's also difficult to find the touch on sale and even if you buy & replace & etc & the touch will stop work after some time (since the replacement) you can't bring it back to the seller (it happens 50\50). Plus, specialists often refuse to perform replacement of the touch only (don't have a time or absence of experience). Also, unfortunately, we know not much about the repair centers in Chennai.

Ciao, questo modello il modulo display è interamente in parte con vetro, LCD e touchscreen. Vedo alcuni probabili motivi. Il malfunzionamento è all'interno del touchscreen, non è collegato il connettore touchscreen e il danno si è verificato durante la sostituzione.

I have a question on the battery. I didn't realize that the tab to pull the adhesive out from under it was what it was for so instead I pried the battery from the adhesive and the plastic on the back of the battery(on the opposite side of the metal backplate) was ripped. Nothing liquid came out and under the plastic was only metal however it was a little smelly. Is the battery ruined or unsafe, or can I put it back in as is?

Hi, seemingly the phone had been repairing before, which is why it was so easily. Usually, we warm the battery up with a heat gun to avoid damages. In your case the battery can be broken and put it back is unsafe, no doubt.
