hi i desperatly need help. My zenfone 3 max cannot eject the sim card tray. could you tell me how to fix it? Thanks!! kind regards

    i can't ,i already try many ways to eject the sim card tray but no result at all it seems the lever are broken or something

      Hello you can use two ways or you find something like a hooked thing (as needle) and stick it in hole and draw tray out or you'll take off a back cover and push it out from the inside to outside. Just do it very carefully. If something will go wrong write us we'll try to help.
