Hi my Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL start to hang up while i was calling my mom. At it hang for about 20-30 mins then it goes to black screen then 15 after it off automatically. Then i was able to charge it but i cant turn it on. So after a day later i go to the mall and go to the store to check its warranty 2 weeks later i got a message. "your warranty is void because your phone is water damge" . And they say that the problem is the main board. How can that happen? i never let my CP get soaked with water. so how can that happen? / And how much for Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL main board ?

Hello, "how it happen" how could we know? :) Anyway, if you have doubt of diagnostic of your phone, bring the phone to other specialist. For us, we need approximately to know what happened with this phone, as least. Or we have to read the results of specialist conclusion.
the camera back of my zenfone 3 max has a lot of scratches . but everytime a take a picture using the back of my camera its not totally blurry that may cause by scratches . is there anything i can use just to remove the scratch?
I wanted to know why I sent my Zenfone 3 Max to be repaired and they told me that they only replace the whole screen and only the front glass broke. Could it be that they only replace the front glass???
