    Hola, intenta hacer esto: desconecta la cámara trasera y mira la cámara frontal. Si la parte trasera no se enfoca, la razón puede ocultarse en los arañazos en un vidrio protector de la cámara. Try to do this: disconnect the rear camera and check the front-facing camera. If the rear doesn't focus on, the reason can hide in the scratches on a protective glass of the camera.
