Hello, I bought this phone for eBay, the cameras worked, then my wife did something to it and the rear cameras stopped working and the lid in the area of the cameras came off a little, the front camera works. Please tell me what could be the reason.

If the cover in the camera's area came off, there was likely a fall or some other physical impact on the smartphone. There are many options, but the simplest is the loss of the camera cable from the connector. Maybe, of course, something more serious, but it will not be possible to identify anything until the device is disassembled.
