JESUS...which ever team of engineers/designers came up with the idea of having to go through so many steps just to open the back of the phone is a dumb s. seriously...if your phone needs a quick battery removal while somewhere without those tools...YOU ARE F###ED....lol this is ridiculous.

The area around the Sim of the back cover isn't snapping over the phone. How do I know it's not going to break if I press harder?

    Hello, it shouldn't be that. Maybe something obstructs to something else (the phone isn't in my hands hard to say). In this case, we'd disassemble the phone and assemble it back thoroughly.

    Hi, you can use isopropyl alcohol, and yes they're glued firmly, high risk to crack them.
