Hello, I’m owner of Honor 20pro while back I dropped it and from that time phone is randomly restarting or apps crushing. I’m not sure what can cause this I suspect display since few times I spotted small flickering “dash” on the screen. Also, it might be gyroscope or gravity sensor, but it is just my opinion as an amateur. Did you ever experience this kind of behavior? Thank you for your answer

    Hi, if the smartphone reboots, errors happen in the applications. At least, it is necessary to update/change the firmware, but it will complete erase your data (so save them somewhere).
