    Hi, maybe the reason is in the battery is dried off and the phone can't be started or charged with a usual method. OR it is a software problem which cannot be solved by hard reset.

    hello, the phone is supporting 64gb but you have to format sd card 64gb from Micro SDXC file system to FAT32. For that actions you need next things - 64gb SD card, card reader SDXC and converter https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/ and of course desktop or laptop

Most of the time I used to recharge it when 8% charge where reached and it was working well. Once I did a full discharge due to use of GPS, i can't charge it anymore. Do you think I should change the battery? What are the reference number of that battery and where can I buy one?thanks

My mobile Honor 4x is not charging in original Honor charger and I charged with vivo charger then also not charging but it charge upto 50 or 60 percent in 4 hrs please say what was the problem??

    Get the usb charging port replaced. If that doesn't work, replace the battery. Any one of these two steps will surely work. Never try to charge your phone with different brand or cheap chargers unless it's an emergency. Always use it's own designated charger with the right usb cord.

Hi, Thanks for the wonderful video, my phone doesn't turn on and if I connect it to the charger the logo appears (as you would see when any phone starts up) and then shows the battery percentage. Apart from this, nothing is functional. So, can you please let me know whether the issue is with the motherboard or the battery. Please reply me.

    Hello, at least you have to turn off power (I mean remove a battery) and clean up the motherboard from oxidation. Using the phone in this case is a bad idea.

    Hello, it's common instruction that you have to do at first. You have to disassemble the phone and clean up the motherboard and connectors from rust. Next you must inspect the flex cable of touch screen, the lanes on the cable often get gap by the water (liquid)

    Hello, in the beginning you have to disconnect battery's connector on mother board, after that inspect surface of the mother board on damage by oxidation and clean it up and just now you have to turn on the phone. BUT it's not all! You have to test sound, camera, display, microphone and etc. something will be broken always, if it's not - you're lucky!
