Hello, we have two ;) If the phone doesn't work just white screen then it's a common problem for this model, the decision is in software update. When the phone works (you hear sounds or can make a call) but the screen is white, the reason of the fault, I reckon, can be in screen or connector disconnected (my apology for tautology :) ) or flex cable is broken (gaps or etc).
Test? what for? You have to turn on the phone and if you hear the sound by starting theme then ,seemingly, the reason in screen if you don't hear the sound then try to update software.
thank you very much for your kind respond and Spasibo bol'shoye! (Спасибо большое!).What I mean a test to the flex cable. such us continuity test... connect disconnect the flex cable to connector... its so tiny to see the any indicator of orientation placement procedure.

your video is really professional I learned thanks to you how to disassemble my lenovo a319, my question is do you have a video on how to reassemble it again thank you
Good Day to anyone reading this. I watched the video of vrm24.com about How to disassemble Lenovo A319 Take apart, Tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VRwDspfZA0 . I just wanted to ask about this phone since I have this old phone of mine Lenovo A319 with stock firmware. My main problem is that I don't hear any sounds coming out of the phone and microphone is not working since I recorded a voice and send it to my email but no sound is produced. No sound in speaker and no sound even when using earphones (wired headset). Apparently there is sound coming out if I use a Bluetooth headset. Which part should I remove and replace? If so how much does the part cost and where to get it? The problem occurred when I set the alarm and then as the alarm starts the phone battery reached 0% and then It kind of bricked as it shutdown.
Hi, okay, if all these things happened for no reason, then it may be worth doing a full reset or updating/renewing the software/firmware on your smartphone. If the problem is in hardware, check the headphone jack socket using a wired headset if there are still no sounds, so it is probably a socket malfunction, and it makes the phone stay (still) in headphone-on-mode all this time.
