when I press the volume down button on my k3 note the ghost touch problem occurs. please help me. what can I do.even when I hold the phone a bit harder or try to squeeze it, the problem occurs. please help me.

    Hi, we'd clean up connector of the touch screen and check out the motherboard (it's look like an oxidation).
