Hello, as a rule we set temperature up of air flow the heat gun to 70C - 158F. A home hair dryer can work on 80-90C usually (You can use it too).

Hi, you must clean up & degrease the surface and glue a new one. You can use a sealant (as B7000) for it.

It has ffc (flat flex cable) with power and volume +\- buttons. You can find it on sale, and the replacement is not difficult.
