The touchscreen doesn't respond, the screen looks fine but the touch doesn't work, it asks me for the PIN and I can't enter anything because it doesn't respond. Is this due to a hardware or software failure? If it's hardware, something may have become disconnected. Which part would it be and how can I fix it? Thank you very much.
