This is a great phone as long as the battery is good, BUT it is so difficult to change the battery. Who is the idiot that made this project? Replacing the battery is too difficult!
Robert Abraham my A5 2016 is just dying on me.... I got 3h30 screen on time on average, the screen rotate for no reason, it get realy hot sometimes, the tactile screen become crazy.... and my phone has no damage: never fall off and no water :(
this kind of repair don't do in official center, just replacement lcd but replacement the glass is a difficult repair that can do high level specialist only. And the glass wouldn't be original unfortunately.
The module (lcd+touch screen+ glass) you can buy and replace original where you want! but replacement an upper layer - the glass - it doesn't do a manufacturer (Samsung) also Samsung company doesn't manufacture glasses, it do private companies (usually chinese companies).
Summarize, if want to replace the lcd - go to Samsung service, if glass only then you have to find a local repair service center and find out can they do it or not.
Hi, don't try turn it on. You have to take off a battery and disassemble the phone after that inspect the motherboard on contacts oxidation and clean these up. The best if it will do a specialist.
