    If the touchscreen does not work, okay. If the sensor stopped working on its own, then perhaps a simple reboot/restart will help. But, unfortunately, it happens because of some glitches, including on my watch. 🙂 Well, in general, if there is no visible damage, then only disassembly and inspection, moisture may have got inside.

    Hi, we wrote about the touchscreen problem. For the display, we have the same "solution." If the display stopped working on its own, then perhaps a simple reboot/restart will help. Also, if there is no visible damage, only when someone looks inside, checks for anything, find something like disconnected cable, a short circuit including the moisture, etc.

Seawater is the most destructive liquid for electronics, and often, after swimming in the sea, most of the parts cannot be repaired or restored. In your case, the watch is not so expensive to make the not-so-cheap repair, especially after a repair and saltwater, there is no guarantee that it will work for a long time 🙂

    Hello. The fact that the USB charging port is visually intact does not mean anything. Often there is a break in the contacts where the connector solderers to the bottom board. Therefore, the first step is to check these contacts.

Hello, I have Galaxy Watch Active. Own it for one and a half years. All was good, running, swimming. But today, I once again turned on the swimming workout. As usual, I swam, and the "back" button (upper) stopped working, plus the Samsung Pay mode was constantly turned on. Using the Samsung Wearable, I reset the watch, restored the backup, and connected the watch with the phone, but the "back" button still has not worked. Please give me advice, what should be done? Should I dry it in some way? Is there a need to remove the back cover for better drying? I see the dial in the background, and after resetting the clock, it gives out the correct time. But when it comes to the option "Press the BACK button to return," I can't do anything further. The button does not respond by pressing. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

    Most likely, liquid has got in, although it is stated that they are waterproof, we have quite a few calls that the devices got malfunctioned due to liquid damage. Water likely got into the gap between the button and the case and closed the button contacts. If drying does not help, then you will have to disassemble and change the button directly.

I watched your video on the Samsung active 2. I have an issue with mine where some of the sensors just stopped working - heart rate and wakeup gesture. Then they started working again, then stopped.     Hi, in our videos, we use Y00 2.0 mm I see no significant difference between 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm screwdriver tips size in repair. Usually, it works well for both (I mean for screw drives 1.5 mm / 2.0 mm).

здравствуйте. если на точно таких же часах, как у вас на видео мигает дисплей, зелёным , а потом стал темным. разобрала. всё целое. ржавые были винты которыми прикреплена задняя крышка. на дисплее вроде есть отек в углу. какую деталь надо купить? и как проверить что сломалось? можно ли протереть спиртом или нет? как потом собрать чтобы часы стали герметичными? спасибо

    Здравствуйте. Если amoled матрица моргала зелёным, а потом вообще погасла, то вероятно повреждена сама матрица. В этом случае ничего не получится сделать, необходима замена дисплейного модуля .

    No without a screwdriver you can't open the back cover without damaging it. If you do not have a Samsung screwdriver, you can use a tri-wings screwdriver for the iPhone. With it / if carefully, you can unscrew the screws.

    Hi, If charging is normal and 100%, it is likely that the power button has failed and needs to be replaced!
