Hi I have this tablet and I have been trying to get the back of it ...

Hi I have this tablet and I have been trying to get the back of it off and I have tried everything and I just cannot seem to separate the back cover. I have tried every kind of tool that I can think of and also have tried a heat gun. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Hello, it's a quite task. First, we need to warm the whole tablet surface, better to use a heating mat. Second, using a firm opening tool, try to pry the cover sides and bend it back. Do it carefully and remember - we remove the cover, not a display.
