Is it possible to separate and replace just the top glass of the screen, mine is shattered but the display is still intact and functioning. Thank you for your help.

    Hi, there is no way to do this. All types of repair should be performed after display removing. The manufacturer did not give us a chance to do it in another way.

What is the heat gun's safe temperature/wind speed when trying to open the tablet from its LCD side? is it possible to change the micro USB socket without opening the LCD (for example open the tablet from the backside)? What is the part number of the micro USB socket?

    The safe temperature is 60° C. There is no way to replace the connector without disassembling and ungluing the display. If you do not have a soldering station and the skills to work with it, it is better to replace the whole part with a charging port.
