hi, please help. I still have this old phone of mine and the micro sim got stucked inside the sim slot, I was able to remove it but now it says no sim card inserted even though I have inserted the correct sim card size. Can they open the sim tray to posibly have it fixed? Thank you!

It's difficult to say. I saw it on Amazon but I don't think that Samsung authorized service has even one.
