The SONY XPERIA M5 is one of the worst smartphones on the market. I bought it new and after 8 trips to repair and 3 replacements for a new device, it has never worked well. EXCESSIVE HEAT, SPONTANEOUS REBOOT, AF FOCUS LOSS, SIM NOT RECOGNIZED. It's pathetic.

This error is fixed by downgrading from Android version 6.0 or higher to 5.1. This is because the 6.0 software does not work correctly with the battery or with the device's performance
