Here's some fact... You don't need to dismantle the whole damn phone to replace the lcd. This video is simply trying to confuse you and make you go through hell with it. You need a blower to remove the glue at the side of the lcd to get it off. And of course, the back plate has to be remove to get the flex ribbon off that's connecting the lcd to the main board. That's only two things that needs to be done. As a beginner, if you attempt to dismantle the whole damn phone just to replace the lcd, you'll run into trouble eventually to remember which parts have to be put back. There're literally tonnes of small objects that do not look like your house lego brick toy. They don't have manuals or anything for you to refer to.

Hello, I think you don't understand what is exactly the video about. At least, you always can ask us. The main idea of this video - I don't have a heat gun! The video explains how the specialist could replace LCD with the frame (as an entire part!) without separation the LCD from the frame! The separation without frames (LCD only) the same for many brands and models. You can see many other examples on our channel.

Hello, I think you don't understand what is...
one thing i don't like how some videos actually point it's viewers to a "seems so simple" routine of guide. When it's viewer actually tried it and got shocked over how complicated it is. Your guide is simple and easy for folks who had certain knowledge or could spare a lot of time looking into how to dismantle the phone. But definitely the guide is not for an average kind of joe who could handle it. Especially when dismantling the whole phone. The part whereby removing the lcd with a letter knife cutter or something seems simple because the glue on the front panel has already been removed and reseal countless times. Hence it's so easy when you do it. But for a regular person who tries the same method you did, will obviously break the lcd the minute his knife sinks in the side of the panel. I truly appreciate the effort you take to do this disassembly but please at least let the audience or viewers know that this guide has complication that will leads to unforeseen issues if an average guy who attempts to do it himself.

The guy who is demostrating how to replace the lcd could be seen having very adept or perhaps more experienced in handling phone repairing. You can professionally he did the job. It's plain clean and no hesitation. Which is why it's call professionals. Because what they did is pretty much easy to our eyes but when it comes under the hands of an amateur , it's an entirely different story.

I see your point and appreciate it. Honestly, You're right, no doubt but it has another side. This video was made in 2015 (one of our first) I mean we just made videos the final goal was vague. On the video, we show how it could be (not must) done. Our video isn't a guide, not even close! We write it under each video we made. I understand your concerns and I like your opinion & I hope we'll bring your ideas to life.
