Dont need to stab at the sticky stuff, you may damage the screen connectors underneath. The easiest way to remove the battery is to slowly pull out the 2x black plastic tabs. You pulled at one in the video but pull at the other one too to the left of it and to the left of the screen connector. These black tabs are linked to the sticky stuff underneath. Pull it out VERY slowly, it will stretch to maybe 7 inches and come out and after you get the 2 tabs out, the battery will just fall out. Thanks for this video by the way, it was very helpful to get started!

Buenas noches tengo el z3 plus, se me cayo y se rompio un poco el cristal en la parte de arriba. Ademas de eso el touch de la mitad para arriba ya no funciona aunque el display no sufrio ningun daño... Es necesario cambiar todo? o solo se puede hacer como en la mayoria de los telefonos cambiar el touch y ya. quedo atento muchas gracias
