Hello, where you had heard noise in phone? (speaker at the top or at the bottom), what do you mean vertical list (what is contained the list - digits or etc.). If this problem in lcd you can acquire this one on aliexpress or on others chinese sites.
I bought this phone in September 2016 in Hong Kong, the noise was inside the phone, may have been in the x20 processor deca core, or is it hard to burn? If I change the lcd card will it solve my problem?
As we see this case has two probable reasons or lcd is broken or the processor is overheated. In the second case this fault can be determined specialist with special tools only.

Hello, the reason of fault can consist in defect of the charging port. It isn't a warranty case but if the phone on warranty then in the beginning the best if you'll bring it to a special service center.
