Need to look inside it may be disconnection or malfunction of the vibro. Obvious reasons, make two steps - check contacts or replace the thing. Not obvious reasons, don't know need to to do first two steps.

hello gr8 video . i had a problem yesterday with my redmi note 3 yesterday. I had bought a new xiaomi power bank and used it to charge my phone , all was well for sometime after which my phone stopped charging, then it went dead , nothing helped in switching it on . I went to the service center and the guy after 2 hrs told me that the motherboard is screwdup(confirmed by another technician), but there was still 2% charge still and when i switched it i dint ask me for my password or fingerprint touch.Could he have switched my motherboard for a spoiled one ?? I mean is that possible that the motherboard gets burned just coz I used a power bank. I feel soo cheated. pleaseee help. and also do u think he could have accessed my private data ??
Hello, depends on, the case as Jivin Shaji, the malfunction can be inside the charge controller. You can replace the port also, but if you'll buy it try to reach an agreement to bring it back if won't help.
