    Hola, lo siento. No sé cómo explicar esto en español correctamente. Deberías tener una herramienta de apertura. La cubierta está unida con clips. Debe levantar la cubierta con cuidado y separarla completamente del módulo de pantalla. EN You should have an opening tool. The cover is attached with clips. You should pry up the cover carefully and thoroughly separate it from the display module.

      @VRM24.com si pero no hay espacio para que entre ninguna herramienta sin lastimar la carcasa, tengo las herramientas y aún así es imposible extraer la tapa sin marcarla

    Hi, so what do you mean? That you don't hear a caller and he doesn't hear you. Also, you don't hear music or any sounds. What if you try Bluetooth headphones or wired ones.
