Hi, please my phone got in water and I have left it to dry for a long time but it is still not coming on. what can I do to make it work again. I have some important information on it that will be painful to lose. please help me out. thanks.

    Hi there, at first, you have to take off the battery or disconnect the flex cable. After that disassemble the phone and inspect all parts for oxidation then clean up (with isopropyl alcohol or something like that) the parts that have been oxidized. Now, You can start (turn on) the phone up and check what is work or what is doesn't.

    Hola, al principio tienes que reemplazar la batería (o simplemente conectar una nueva para la prueba) el siguiente paso será el reemplazo de un controlador de potencia. ... at first you have to replace the battery (or just connect a new one for test) the next step will be replacement a power controller.

    Hi, what do you mean 'hardware'? Because the calls comprise of parts as a speaker, a buzzer, microchips as and GPS has, too. And all parts are responded to work.

      i mean which "thing" in the phone is responsile for that? because if someone calls me and i take the call, he only hears a weird sound like the one which you hear when a jamming transmitter is near you. But i can make voice mails in whatsapp...so my mic is ok I would be really thankfull if someone would know what the problem is

    Hello, as the minimum (least) you have to open the back cover. It may be enough to correct or replace the button.

el mio no carga solo llega a 10% y de ahi no pasa solo se descarga otr...

el mio no carga solo llega a 10% y de ahi no pasa solo se descarga otravez poco a poco... no se si sea la entrada de donde le entra el cargador o sea la batería la que no le sirve .. y ya no se si empeñarlo o repararlo

    Hola, no podemos recomendar que empeñes el teléfono o lo repares, pero si quieres saber el motivo de la falla, nos reemplazaremos la batería al principio. in English We can't recommend you pawn the the phone or repair it, but if you want to know the reason of fault, we'd be replaced the battery at first.

oye amigo. en mi zte los botones de volumen y encendido no funcionan. He visto que se debe a que no esta conectada la placa de los botones con la tira naranja. Me podrias decir como la puedo encajar la tira naranja en la placa de los botones?

    Hello, I think you can try to find the battery on Ebay or Amazon besides in our country some people make purchases on a China sites. For instance AliExpress or Taobao is the most popular sites what I know. Sorry for my spanish :) Hola, creo que se puede intentar encontrar la batería en Ebay o Amazon además en nuestro país algunas personas hacer compras a sitios de China. Por ejemplo AliExpress o Taobao es de los sitios más populares.
