i cannot switch my phone on . it cannot even charge. i bought it november 2018. it stopped working in december 2020. the battery was 38%. i stay in botswana

Hello. I need more information in detail. What happens when you try to turn it on, or how it stopped work, or what happens when you charge it. Also, did you try to connect the phone to the laptop? I need to know what happened. Did the laptop recognize the connection?
