Question 🤔 5 0 Ana 2022-10-11 To whom it may concern, my phone stopped working entirely a month ago e.g. wouldn't turn on, charge, connect to PC. I sent it to repair to Samsung; they were kind enough to diagnose a defective motherboard, battery and charging port but were unable to repair it as I bought the phone in Canada and now live in Europe, apparently they are unable to get replacement components for North American models. I am desperate to recover my photos & videos as the phone had stopped automatically backing up my data 3 months prior and I lost loads of photos of my baby. May I ask where exactly the internal memory storage is and how I may access it please? Any help would be massively appreciated.
