i have this phone after press power button appear acer logo and image is freezing and nothing happen. what can i do ? i tried Hard Reset but doesnt appear any option to reset.

Hello, maybe coaxial cable has unplugged after fall, it's simplest reason, but maybe the motherboard is damaged, anyway at the beginning you have to check out the first case.
