I have a question on the battery. I didn't realize that the tab to pull the adhesive out from under it was what it was for so instead I pried the battery from the adhesive and the plastic on the back of the battery(on the opposite side of the metal backplate) was ripped. Nothing liquid came out and under the plastic was only metal however it was a little smelly. Is the battery ruined or unsafe, or can I put it back in as is?
Hi, seemingly the phone had been repairing before, which is why it was so easily. Usually, we warm the battery up with a heat gun to avoid damages. In your case the battery can be broken and put it back is unsafe, no doubt.
Hello, the speaker located at the top center, replace it easily by simply removing it and putting a new one in this place. At the end of the video the speaker can be seen easily.

Hi, on this model the display module is entirely one part with glass, LCD and touchscreen. I see a few probable reasons. The malfunction is inside the touchscreen, the touchscreen connector is not connected, and the damage occurred during replacement.

Hello, one for all the principle - of separating the touch screen from display in our video as a example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cowcbw1vIT4 Besides, it has two methods as on video - with using special machines (separator, press etc) and a special adhesive tape and with one's own hands - with a string, a cleaning liquid and UV adhesive. Which is your - up to you!
My mobile phone is broken(only screen) but lcd is working.i want to replace only touch screen.so can u help me ,whether any service center or showrooms making this process, in Chennai.
Hello, it's possible but has two reasons for not do it. First, the separation\replacement is a hard process which required a lot of time and patience. Second, it's also difficult to find the touch on sale and even if you buy & replace & etc & the touch will stop work after some time (since the replacement) you can't bring it back to the seller (it happens 50\50). Plus, specialists often refuse to perform replacement of the touch only (don't have a time or absence of experience). Also, unfortunately, we know not much about the repair centers in Chennai.
